Northgate London was set up for one reason: private healthcare clinics were being served by generalist agencies that did not understand the sector. The rules, the rhythm of a working practice, the fact that the customer is a patient. We know those things, and we do not work with anyone else.
Why only healthcare
Specialising has a cost. It means turning down work. It also means that every shoot, every caption and every campaign we run makes us better at the next one for a clinic like yours.
It means our editors know that a treatment video cannot name a prescription-only product. It means our account managers recognise a patient enquiry and pass it on the same day. It means our reporting measures the things a clinic can act on, and never promises the things a clinic cannot control.
One group. Three countries.
Northgate is the UK arm of a group that has been doing this work for years in Ankara and Berlin. The London team runs the relationship and the shoots; production, design and strategy draw on the group.
